What You ll Do: Lead the Data Migration/ Client Onboarding team Liaise with global Implementation heads and clients to ensure timely delivery of conversions and eventually implementation Ensure smooth conversions by working closely with Conversion Team leads, tracking multiple projects and coming up with smart solutions to complex client problems Work with Sales team during Contract signing phase to define Conversion Scope and determine Implementation quotes. Attend regular global implementation calls and provide clear updates on the project deliverables. Come up with process improvement ideas and work with various stake holders Act as a single point of contact for any issues related to migration Perform conversion projects for migrating clients data from their fund administrators or legacy systems during Enfusion Integr ta software Responsible for Trade/Position/Cash reconciliation for various clients Identify and determine the root cause of breaks–performing the daily and monthly tasks related to PL, Reconciliations and Financial Statements review Processing Corporate Actions – both mandatory and voluntary Clear understanding of tax lot methodologies: FIFO, High Cost, Min Tax, Processing manual Lot Unwinds, Options Assignments and Exercises, swap Resets and FX Reviewing and setting up clients Valuation Policies and Swap/Borrow Perform monthly Trial Balance Reconciliations against fund administrator data and NA… – Permanent – Full-time
