Their Business Development Manager will be entrepreneurial in mindset, outgoing and hands-on with an in-depth understanding of engaging with traders. The ideal candidate would be someone that is familiar with start-up type environments within the remittances and or FinTech space with proven experience selling into traders across Africa. Understanding the typical remittances/FinTech sales process will be a key aspect to this role.With the ultimate responsibility of landing deals and generating revenue for the business this is a chance for you to join an exceptional business looking to make a positive impact in the financial solutions space on a global scale. You will form part of a lean team in a flat organisational structure whilst being surrounded by supportive colleagues.
