Group : Sustainability & Stewardship Group Department/Section : Community Stewardship (Ecosystem Development & Strategy team) Position Type : Contract (12 Months) Job Grade : Associate Director The team The Sustainability and Stewardship Group (SSG) within Temasek leads initiatives around the themes of sustainability and stewardship. These include: Catalysing, incubating or test-bedding solutions in support of sustainability causes; Investing in the well-being of communities through the Temasek family of foundations; Building and enhancing institutional friendships across Asia & globally; and Positioning and communicating our brand identity, guarding & protecting our public reputation. As part of its remit, SSG oversees the company's brand and reputation, and manages its relationships with external stakeholders, including governments, regulators, NGOs, media and the public. It is also responsible for assessments of strategic issues and building up of Temasek's network of partners. The Group consists of sustainability, communications and stakeholder management professionals, who work with other groups in Temasek to enhance and communicate competitive advantages and differentiating factors that help expand Temasek's partnerships and investment opportunities. Job Description In support of Temasek's role as a Trusted Steward and its engagement with communities in Singapore and beyond, the successful appointee will be responsible for stakeholder alignment and engagement of Temasek's ecosystem of philanthropic organisations, and ensuring that the ecosystem remains robust and relevant in delivery of programmes aligned with mandates.
