Contract Support/Planner

Bristol Area – Main Duties Regular contact with the service desk (call handling team) Liaise with the regional administrators for engineers’ attendance in line with the contract SLA’s. Raise purchase orders for our sub-contractors to attend to works. Arrange attendance with the sub-contractors in line with the contract SLA’s Obtain Risk and Method Statements for works where necessary. Building and developing relationships with regional planners and operations teams including weekly chases of open jobs. Upload correspondence i.e work sheets, certificates, quotes onto the database. Provide excellent customer service to meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients. Carry out regular checks on job status and close down where required. Ensure planned maintenance tasks are scheduled and completed within the contract SLA’s Respond to emails within given guidelines/timeframes.
