Joining as a Credit Controller you will be responsible for supporting the finance team by providing competent and efficient assistance in chasing overdue customers at an important time of need. Responsibilities: Chasing overdue accounts in a professional manner Processing of credit notes and refunds when required Statement reconciliation Resolution of accounts queries with customers and account managers Allocation of cash to customer accounts Chasing all outstanding monies Reviewing of credit limits General administration and ad hoc tasks to support the team Requirements: Experience of working in professional practice or legal accounts team Confident in communication with all levels of management Excel proficient is desirable In return they are offering a salary between £20,000 – £23,000 FTE.
