GlaxoSmithKline – Boumerdès – Job Purpose: To maintain GSK’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and continuously develop its functionality to maximize the benefits it is capable of providing Reliability Management. To plan, coordinate and report on all Maintenance & Calibration Work. This includes all preventative maintenance tasks, work requests, near misses, RCA actions. To manage external resource where required to execute work that is agreed to be outsourced (PM’s, work requests, near misses) To develop & maintain systems for R&M budget tracking & forecasting on a monthly basis. To manage the Engineering Inventory Store including all inventory systems Main Responsibilities: Professionally and systematically define, design, develop, monitor and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes : Value-added preventive maintenance tasks Effective utilization of predictive maintenance methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems Provide input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation. Participate in the final check out of new installations to ensure adherence to functional specifications, reliability and maintainability of these assets. Actively support the planning, organization and implementation of major maintenance tasks including shutdown periods. Develop, drive, support and look to improve the Planned Maintenance programs and ensure that all plant items are within regulatory compliance and ‘audit ready’ at all times. Work with Engineering and Production teams to perform analyses of assets including: Asset Utilization Overall Equipment Effectiveness Remaining useful life Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets Seek to improve overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) within his area and adopts a continuous improvement mindset in carrying out the role Work with Project E… – Permanente – Horário completo
