Team Leader Location: Sub-Saharan Africa Location: Malawi Job Code: 5415 Description Long term Team Leader role to support implementation of PFM reforms in Malawi Location: Lilongwe, Malawi Inputs: Full time / 220 working days per year Background: DAI in partnership with TetraTech is implementing a long term EU-funded project in Malawi titled Technical Assistance to the Government of Malawi to support the implementation of Public Finance Management Reforms (“Chuma Cha Dziko”). The overarching goal of this project is to support more efficient and effective use of public resources, thereby contributing to Malawi’s economic growth and development. The project purpose is to facilitate behaviour change and improve public sector performance in the following areas: public procurement and contract management, payroll and pension management, commitment control and debt management, parastatal financial management and oversight, and domestic revenue mobilisation policy.
