While focused on the long-term, we look to the future to bring growth, development and benefit to everyone whose lives we touch. 工作內容: 1. 辦理各項活動、訓練，推動合作通路團體險經營，以提升團險生產力 2. 設計專業之團險客戶報價單，陪同通路拜訪客戶，並作成交前、後客戶說明會，以提高客戶滿意度 3. 執行團險續保業務，提升優質客戶之續保服務以及業務品質 4. 協助合作通路成交團險必要之照會和行政聯繫溝通處理事宜 5. 處理單位經營所需的營運行政工作 需求條件: 學歷：專上，保險和金融相關科系尤佳 專業知識 / 能力：熟團體保險相關法令(保險、勞保、勞基、洗錢、個資等)知識、保險實務運作、了解各種產業生態、電腦( Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Outlook)操作能力 核心能力：業務、組織開發和維護 相關經驗 (含管理經驗)：2年以上團體保險銷售(或輔導銷售)經歷… – Permanent – Full-time
