Job Description Description of Traineeship Develop end-to-end sales strategies and initiatives from lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc. Understand how a sales team function and to support critical functions such as Sales Meeting, Recruitment Process and preparation of financial plans for clients Assist in admin and client relationship management for sales team. Support Social Media marketing for sales team and develop campaigns Development templates for financial planning By the end of traineeship , the trainee would be equipped Understand the functioning of a sales team of 60 pax and the dynamics involved in managing it Be proficient in social media marketing such as FB Ads, lead generation and inbound marketing Understand the financial services industry better a Be trained and pass CMFAs M5 and M9 papers and attain AFC designation Be ready for a career in corporate sales or banking sales. Requirements for Applicants Bachelor’s in business administration ( preferred), or relevant field Understanding of marketing principles and good communications skills Ability to work independently and proactive Proficient in social media platforms such as FB, Instagram etc Prior experience in sales and marketing is an advantage Please note this is not a traineeship to be a financial consultant.
