They deliver innovative services and solutions that use clinical expertise and analytical data to maximize therapy outcomes. You will be field based and covering LHBs and GP Practices in a geographical area. Working across a variety of therapy areas including diabetes, CHD, COPD, Asthma, Stroke Prevention and Osteoporosis and in partnership with GP Practices you will conduct clinical audits and run bespoke patient review services providing telephone support or Pharmacist led clinics. These audits not only provide a highly regarded service to GPs and Practice Nurses they also improve the management of patients with chronic and complex conditions. Commercially focused you will be responsible for ensuring GP Projects are completed in a timely fashion and all objectives are met. You will plan your customer appointments and clinics to run patient reviews efficiently to generate maximum results.
