FastJobs – Tampines, Singapore – Location: Tampines – DT32|EW2 * Job Types: Full Time Timing/Shifts: 5.5 Day Week FROM $ 2000 / month Attend to feedback and queries relating to public cleanliness issues Manage inbound calls and emails, gathering feedbacks with respect to our service performance Handling customer complaints in a proficient way and working towards a positive client relationship Liaising with operations and quality control team with regards to the feedbacks and areas of improvement Disseminate /Collate data and information gathered from public and present to key stakeholders Coordinate with stakeholders to follow-up, resolve and closure of public cleanliness issues, complaints and enquiries Coordinate with vendors to ensure editorial design, production and distribution of Company's marketing collateral. i.e. newsletters, e-newsletters, brochures are in place. Attend residents' night meetings as and when to conduct findings and investigations on complaints Involvement with grassroots activities' and public events as and when required (weekends and public holidays) Attend and follow up with sales enquiry Attend show rounds and gather information for preparing tender documents About the Employer… – Permanent – Full-time
