Summary Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Commissioning, the Electromechanical-Commissioning Technician starts up municipal and industrial water treatment equipment for process, drinking and wastewater. The individual will need to work under limited supervision and will travel frequently (more than 70% of the time) since our clients are located in different parts of North America. Duties and responsibilities – Prepare and commission the following water treatment equipment and projects : – Pre-treatment equipment (mechanical, electrical, control and process) in the wastewater field; – Chemical products dosing systems; – Mechanical commissioning on larger projects (multi-process) – Install, maintain, troubleshoot and modify mechanical and instrumentation equipment; – Perform field visits to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control problems related to equipment; – Check, calibrate, fine… – Permanent – Full-time
