Our client, a leading conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an Employee Relations Officer.
The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for
– Working closely with the HR department to increase employee engagement
– Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling
Candidate Requirements:
– Should be Emirati
– Should speak and write in English fluently
– Should be organized
– 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
