Executive Assistant

Biñán, Laguna – The EA will provide administrative and personal support to the CEO/President as well as assistance to the directorate. As this position will support Management with various confidential information and documents, the EA is expected to handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policies on confidentiality. Job Description Manage day-to-day activities of the Executive Office Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements of directorate and guests Arrange and coordinate meetings and events Prepare official internal and external communication (e.g. memos, minutes, emails, PowerPoint presentations) Record minutes of meeting accurately, transcribe and distribute Record daily expenses of CEO/President and prepare related reports and payment schedule Manage personal household maintenance of CEO/President Qualifications At least 3 years of working experience in the related field Excellent communication skills Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office High level of professionalism, proactive and with strong decision-making skills Work base in Biñan Laguna but willing to work in Makati office from time to time (as soon as condition permits) Sharing is Caring We know that resume is a must to apply for a job.
