Doha, Qatar – Job Description Processing employees' leaves (Sick Leaves, Annual Leaves, Emergency Leaves, and Casual Leaves). Monitoring attendance, Rejoining and sending for payroll. Preparing official letters, memos and email corresponding. Processing Compensation & Benefits( Airfare Allowance, Educational allowance, RP Claim) Processing Business Trip allowances. Processing Resignation, Termination, Promotion, Increase in salary, Transfer and updating in HRM system. Performing performance evaluations and appraisal process. Assisting HR Manager during Investigations and Meetings, from Time to Time. Handling Audits, monitoring KPIs. Focal point of contact for any Employee relation issues. Carry out other work as assigned by Department Manager. Skills Knowledge in Qatar Labor Law. Proficient in ERP software Worked in KPI Versatile in HR Audit Education Degree/PG In HR or Equivalent… – Permanent – Full-time
