Bamako – Solidarités International has been present in Mali since 2012 following the politico-military crisis. Since then, it has provided food security responses – in Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) – in emergency shelters to populations victims of degradation and the loss of their means of existence following successive shocks. Indeed, the North of Mali regularly faces various crises: pastoral and agricultural (2010, 2015, 2017-2018), climatic (drought of 2011, devastating floods and rains of 2018), or security (2012 in the north with a deterioration of the situation since 2015). Since 2015, the mission has continued to grow in many ways. In terms of financial and HR volume but also in the mastery of skills, tools, as well as in terms of learning and development. Since 2019, this dynamic has been confirmed and strengthened. This includes a greater volume of finance, HR, activities, donors and while strengthening the support / training of teams to the expected quality. JOB DESCRIPTION The HR Coordinator coordinates the application of the Human Resources policy of Solidarités International and will have as main objective the overall HR management of the mission in Mali. He / she is the referent on the mission and the link between the head office and the mission for all questions related to Human Resources. He / she will have to ensure the integration of IS into the legal HR framework of the country.
