Participate in discussions aimed at improving audit practices and the effectiveness of internal control. Control the operational standards so that they are applied in a homogeneous way across the projects of the mission. Development of risk prevention policies Perform a benchmark of prevention policies against corruption, embezzlement, nepotism, patronage among other NGOs. Develop a plan for monitoring the application of policies in the mission. Coordinate the intervention of auditors and / or auditors on the mission. Internal Project Audit Develop a project audit schedule and only share it with Mali and Senegal heads of mission. Create an audit protocol according to two methods: compliance with donor procedures and compliance with RIS procedures. Perform project audits: write a detailed report with recommendations and organize feedback.
