They should possess relevant work experience in the industry and/or in tertiary education sectors. Experience in Wix, WordPress, Windows/Linux server, NAS, Microsoft SharePoint, and CCTV management is required. Proficiency in personal computer and Microsoft products is a must. Experience in Zoom, Panopto, software asset management and door access system management will be an advantage. Applicants should be highly self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently. The appointee will be responsible for setting up computers physically and performing basic hardware installation; offering IT assistance to students and staff members; handling maintenance of hardware and software inventory; assisting administrative heads to develop a new system on handling student information and safety matters; liaising with vendors in IT system and setup; and performing other duties as assigned.
