Participates in maintaining realistic project plans and coordinates with stakeholders for regular and accurate Coordinates feasibility studies, and business case preparation, typically taking responsibility for cost-benefit and return on investment analyses; Follows the organizations’ IT project management methodology and tools and assists in performing quality reviews to confirm that all activities are performed in compliance with the procedures; Supports the IT Project and program management, reporting and documentation; Support and guide project planning with dependencies through EPM; Ensure timely identification, assessment and management of project risks and issues; Support in managing the project change control procedure, to ensure that project deliverables are completed within agreed scope, cost and time; Utilize system expertise in Planning and PMO tools like EPM, SharePoint and other advanced Analytics tools to manage, track, analyze and report as per Management needs.
