Your Job Workplace: Montreal office (2020, Robert Bourassa) Hiring Manager: Amanda Henry Your mission Develop system specifications, code, modify, test and debug computer programs under general supervision, according to defined planning and deadlines. Analyze systems and make recommendations to ensure they are optimal and meet the quality criteria set by the business units. Work in collaboration with several teams to quickly identify avenues for resolution. Investigate production incidents and determine the components involved. Investigate and find workarounds to meet customer requirements. Ensure proactive monitoring of our infrastructures to react quickly and thus maintain operational stability. Conduct systems and programming needs analyses to identify problems encountered and propose solutions, including program specifications. Make recommendations to participate in the improvement of system development processes. Provide a rotating on-call service to support our users outside business hours. Work fully independently.
