Legal Counsel – KSA National – Oil & Gas
An oil & gas organisation are looking for an experienced, Saudi National Lawyer to join their legal team. The role will be based in the remote location of Khafji on the KSA/Kuwait border.
There could be an option for a work rotation between there and your home city.
Required Profile:
5+ years PQE work experience
Oil & gas company work experience is a must. It can be inhouse or private practice law work experience.
Expertise in contracts – reviewing, drafting, negotiating and amending oil & gas contracts, corporate policies and procedures.
Ability to work closely with external counsel on various legal matters to protect the business interest.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers.
Fluent English language skills
Education: Law Degree
