Daily Poll currently has a presence in Singapore and Taiwan. Job Description We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Associate to join our team and help us grow Daily Poll in Singapore and beyond. You’ll be one of our core team members. This is a full-time 6-month contract position in a dynamic start-up environment and you'll work directly with the entrepreneur-in-residence. Responsibilities: Lead growth experiments and marketing initiatives to gain brand awareness and acquisition of customers (across social media marketing, paid digital marketing, inbound and outbound marketing) Strategic implementation of user journeys to attract, acquire, serve, and retain customers (including push notifications, emails to prospects and existing users, and in-app notifications). Analyze results Lead pitching to clients for marketing and customer insights solutions Track and evaluate important metrics that affect our growth initiatives, app usage, and target customers Manage and work with outsourced marketing and design vendors/freelancers for campaigns, and day-to-day business needs Design poll questionnaires and lead analysis of data for clients Who we're looking for: A self-motivated hustler who takes ownership of their own projects and learning 6-month contract Undaunted by problems and look for opportunities and creative solutions Passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment, willing to embrace risk-taking and is adaptable to change Excellent command of written and spoken English Knowledge of market research industry/community insights is a plus Minimally graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business or related fi… – Permanent – Full-time
