- The person will be assisting the development, execution and maintenance of marketing automation campaigns across a variety of channels.
- The Marketing Operations Specialist/Analyst will collaborate with sales teams to ensure maximum efficiency and best operational strategies from client generation/acquisition to retention.
- Designing marketing plans and act as a product life cycle manager
- Designing Go to Market campaigns and designing portfolio to cater to competition.
- Sourcing new prospective customer accounts to support Sales and Marketing goals
- Applying Project management practices for completion of the Service or product by addressing timetable, resources and costs
- Develop and execute a feedback mechanism to ensure lead quality is being fed back from sales into future lead acquisition efforts: sales collaboration/feedback on a weekly basis with sales manager
- Continuously research and implement new tools and technologies that would be applicable to mobility processes
- Monitors service performance and manages revenue and profitability of all existing products and services, in comparison with business case and plans
