Mobility Product Specialist – Afaq United

  • The person will be assisting the development, execution and maintenance of marketing automation campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • The Marketing Operations Specialist/Analyst will collaborate with sales teams to ensure maximum efficiency and best operational strategies from client generation/acquisition to retention.
  • Designing marketing plans and act as a product life cycle manager
  • Designing Go to Market campaigns and designing portfolio to cater to competition.
  • Sourcing new prospective customer accounts to support Sales and Marketing goals
  • Applying Project management practices for completion of the Service or product by addressing timetable, resources and costs
  • Develop and execute a feedback mechanism to ensure lead quality is being fed back from sales into future lead acquisition efforts: sales collaboration/feedback on a weekly basis with sales manager
  • Continuously research and implement new tools and technologies that would be applicable to mobility processes
  • Monitors service performance and manages revenue and profitability of all existing products and services, in comparison with business case and plans
