Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements for projects. Organization and follow-up of all active projects with daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Director. Project Management on all assigned projects with ability to drive action plans with little or no supervision. Collaborating with the MD to pursue new business and managing associated follow up activities from these opportunities. Scheduling and developing project priority activities for daily and weekly review with the MD . * Acting as the point of contact between the Director and Clients where necessary. Reading, monitoring and responding to emails. Screen, direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Write reports, presentations and briefs. Conduct research, prepare meeting papers etc. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Make travel arrangements where necessary. Take dictation and minutes. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's degree Business Administration, IT or any Management course from a recognized institution Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA. Person Specification: Female. Preferred Skills: Ideal candidate should be technology savvy. Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills Interpersonal skills and consultative skills.
