Blantyre, Southern Region – We're looking for a talented Powder Coater to work for our client. They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of coating within a fast-paced flow production environment, ideally aluminium powder coating. If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for. —- The Role: As the Powder Coater you will be primarily responsible for aluminium powder coating at the company's Blantyre production facility. You'll also be tasked with the following: – Loading and unloading metal from and to trolleys before loading the pre-treatment machine – Loading and unloading the box oven – Hanging coated metal on jigs, applying protection tape to finished goods —- The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Powder Coater role will have relevant experience of coating within a fast-paced flow production environment, ideally aluminium powder coating. In addition, it's essential that you possess the following: – Excellent attention to detail with high quality standards – A hard-working and reliable approach with the ability to work on your own initiative – Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, flexible and committed attitude You'll also need to be a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
