This is carried out through sampling and laboratory testing as per QA plan and highlight any non-conformances Daily Water Testing Raw and Primary Packaging Material Sampling, Checking & Testing Microbiological Testing Finished Product Physiochemical and Sensory Testing Assist in supervision of finished product (trial run & non-conformance) sorting by production Carry out Good Laboratory Practices and follow Good Manufacturing Practices Requirements: Able to perform 12 hours shift work GCE “O” Level or “A” level or equivalent – on Science Stream Basic Chemistry and microbiological knowledge is a must Knowledge & experience in microbiological testing will be an added advantage Laboratory skill preferred Able to move around production area and withstand production environment such as warm, noisy and wet.
