Mission of the position The National Human Resources and Administration Manager oversees, communicates and implements human resource policies and strategies within the National Association (NA). He / she builds a strong HR base, ensures delivery of HR operations to support the development of the NA, manages & administers recruitment, orientation, compensation & benefits, performance management system, staff development and other HR activities. He/she promotes the application of organizational values, legal and ethical standards, and good management practices.He/she will enhance efficiency, effectiveness and quality of HR operations and will be proactive in various core and backstopping aspects related other departments.
