Commercial Bank of Qatar – Qatar – Key Accountabilities Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain any external reports, studies, valuations, technical analysis etc. to ensure completeness of review Conduct site visits and customer conversations and communication in coordination with the Relationship Manager to ensure timely collection of information Check post approval terms and conditions and review customer documentation and follow up with Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders until closure of the case. Monitoring of project financing and contract financing cases and coordinating drawdowns for Enterprise Banking customers. Preparing all others memos relating to extensions/amendments/release of security/temporary facilities/change in pricing/rescheduling/re-allocation etc. to facilitate smooth account management for the Relationship Managers Follow up and monitor adherence to terms and conditions of approval, in conjunction with the Relationship Manager Understand and implement the Bank's and QCB policies, procedures etc. Maintain sound credit risk disciplines, policies and practices in the bank's Enterprise Banking portfolio Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practice', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
