Sales And Marketing Manager

1. Deep market knowledge of variety of new and old plastic products and its prospective buyers
2. Ability to not only plan, but more importantly – making sure the milestones are being achieved in terms of targets, business KPIs.
3. Formulate an executable plan to grab market share in Riyadh and rest of the Kingdom – Starting with western region to the rest.
4. Ability to oversee a team of sales staffs – from supervisors to sales representative – operating as a unit and maximizing productivity and revenue for the entire division
5. Must be well organized in planning, execution and every-day approach
6. Prompt credit collection from the clients – not just creating business via credit but must be able to collect the payment without delay professionally
