Your Job Hiring Manager: Paul Naudin Workplace: Montreal (2020, Blvd. Robert-Bourassa) or Anjou (7101 Jean-Talon St. East) Responsibilities: Act as Scrum Master for the IGA team. Coach the team to become more efficient and effective. Remove obstacles or help the team to do so by connecting them with the right people. Create a work environment that fosters skills development, teamwork, creativity and recognition of employee achievements within the project team. Manage the backlog with the product owner and the team; facilitate item prioritization and estimation; identify activities and critical paths; ensure communication, development, execution and escalation, as needed. Facilitate internal and external communications, improve transparency and disseminate information. Your Skills Scrum Master certification or recognized training. Minimum 2 years of experience in technologies or concepts related to access management. Experience as a Scrum Master or experience in agile product development. Situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increased transparency. Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context. Bachelor’s degree in Technology or the equivalent. Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
