BPSP HR Solutions Pvt Ltd – Hyderabad, Telangana – Andhra Pradesh – Roles Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure adequate patrolling of the factory campus and at all the critical location within the boundary Monitoring of all the surveillance cameras and report any untoward incidents to the Management Monitor the issue of gate pass for material and manpower and ensure strict control over the same Ensure availability of systems to check entry of visitors, contract labour through proper frisking methods such as metal detectors, valid identify cards etc. Ensure all the outgoing vehicles are thoroughly checked to prevent pilferage and loss of material and data Responsible for liaison with the local civil and police officials Coordinate with local agencies for intelligence and ensure preparedness to handle any contingencies such as gheraos, strikes, etc Responsible for coordinating with the manpower agencies to train the security staff and ensure high levels of motivation Responsible to maintain industrial harmony in the factory campus and surrounding areas in the perimeter of the boundary Qualification: Graduate with additional qualification in Industrial Security (Para Military forces) Experience: 10-12 Yrs , Other details… – Permanent – Full-time
