Cork – My client currently has a requirement for a Senior Virtualization Engineer to join their growing team based in Cork. Role You will be part of a global Infrastructure team and will be responsible for managing the global virtualisation infrastructure. You will join a global team that provides best-in-class virtualisation solutions including architecture, design and optimisation. This is a dynamic, fast-paced group that is highly customer focused. This is a strategic position and will be instrumental in the design, implementation, support, performance, and integrity of the global ecosystem. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and global partners and will be responsible for driving the global virtualisation strategy across the EMEA region. You will provide technology leadership in support of this strategy. This is a multi-disciplinary role that will interact directly with stakeholders and different functional IT and security teams to gather requirements, architect solutions and deliver value.
