Morgan McKinley – Dublin – Job Description IT Systems Specialist Systems Specialist – Dublin This position will be based in the Dublin Site – you will be reporting to IT Lead. Previous experience working in a GMP regulated environment preferred with Pharma or Medical Device preferably. Your main responsibilities will be focused on data management, access management and systems recovery. Key Responsibilities: Performance of Electronic System Data Lifecycle Management activities such as: Data Backup and Restore, Data Archiving and Migration. You will be performing User Account ProvisioningDeprovisioning for stand alone systems, as well as subsequent User Access Period Reviews as well as performing Disaster Recovery Testing, and if needed, System Recovery. Ensure System Security by applying OS UpdatesPatches and collaborating with Local BT Teams and Information Security Organization in terms of monitoring and response to vulnerability scans. Ensure Electronic System Compliance & Governance: Perform Audit Trail Management & Review. Perform System Periodic Reviews. Provide SME input in terms of RCA, CAPA and Change Controls. Maintain an Electronic Systems Administrator program to comply with the requirements of the FDA, EU and ISO 13485:2003, and other relevant regulatory bodies for the site. Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives as appropriate. Participate in department initiatives and projects and Support New Projects (Electronic Systems) Willing to travel (Up to 50%) to different company sites. Education & Certification: Minimum B.S.
