Identify potential causes of product/process failures using FMEA, design DOE Design of Excellent to identify & ensure critical inputs & outputs have sufficient process control. Perform root cause analysis for high module defects using structured problem solving techniques, identify actual root cause based on statistical data, provide best solution to fix the issues and carry out post mortem to avoid occurrences for future products. Closely monitoring the product test indicators yield, retest rate, recovery and lead efforts to drive for improvements to meet the goal for equipment matching across all the sites Qualifications Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Computer Engineering. Preferably with some Hands on experience in system test integration, excellent troubleshooting & debugging skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills-good business acumen-comprehensive understanding of microprocessor system architecture and/or test and measurement instrument architecture.
