It is involved in the distribution of specialist medical products, targeting key niche areas: Orthopaedic – Surgical – Aesthetic. The Company has approximately 25 agency agreements with world leading manufacturers of orthopaedic, surgical and aesthetic products. Purpose of Role: Reporting to the Loan Kits Operations Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to provide effective control on the upkeep of stock systems and be an integral part of the internal control team for physical stock and stock systems supporting all the main operational departments within Tekno Surgical. Areas of Responsibility: Part of Internal control team for physical stock and stock systems. Management and upkeep of stock systems (ERP, Sharepoint lists, web processes) Management of ‘Stockmgmt@Tekno-surgical.com’ email address. Replacement of implant expiries (Every day and in bulk monthly) for consignment and loan and looking at rotation and other ‘write off’ mitigation initiatives. Management of returns systems and back-office share point list and taking the systems to new levels of efficiency and simplicity for all involved. Act as the main contact for all loan and consignment queries from Sales Reps. Assist them in their prospective purchases and see if stock can be sourced from other areas. Ordering new consignment and loan instrument / implant sets through Tekno purchase approval process. Responsible for the management of damaged instrument replacements and management of ‘Used’ Instrument stock. Quoting and costing of new loan/consignment sets for Sales Reps (to facilitate Capital approval forms) Assisting in management of small and large scale stock management programmes and Product life Cycle Management (PLCM) initiatives from various suppliers.
